Abstract

In the end this needs to be underlined for one more time: Srebrenica is the cosequence of the sort of behaviour and decisions of the International Community. Notwithstanding the fact that the highest officials of the International Community in Bosnia and Hercegovina had knowledge that Serbs are planning to eliminate the eastern enclavas, they hadn't done anything to prevent that. On the contrary the manipulation of the people from enclavas and of the UNPROFOR contingent whose mission was to protect the enclavas, was continued to the very end. The agressor was enabled to take over the enclavas without any significant problems, thus consequently sacrificing the people and the UNPROFOR. Srebrenica is the paradigm of the Bosniacs' suffering, but it is the mirror of of relations and behavior of the International Community tovvards Bosnia and Hercegovina, as well.

Ali the proposed peceful solutions were based on the division of the country and on the verification of the agression and its producrs. In other words the English principle pof solving the problem. That is also the background of the last Dayton agreement. This agreement was slightly modified by the Vens-Owen's plan, in other words by the European (English) solution of the problem, performed by the American methods or the product of the Anglo- American interests. Therefore seeing this solution just as the American one is wrong.

The retreatment of England behind the stage and her actions from background was a tactical move, the consequences of which were felt in the post-Dayton period and are visible in the present as well.
